My goal is to help maximize the time spent with your players by alleviating or assisting with issues such as team building, selfish play, time management, respect of self, the game, the opponents, and the team, moving forward after mistakes, proper perspective of self, instilling consistency and intensity at practices, and being able to carry that mindset over into game situations.

Like most coaches, you work too hard and spend too much time on issues which take you away from teaching. It is my intention to instill a set of mental skills and techniques which compliment your voice and provide the necessary “shot in the arm” to guide your program to the level of play and effort you expect from your players.
