The following clips are what I have identified as excellent examples of the mental game at work by athletes, performers, business and everyday people just like you. Not all of these people are clients of mine, but they still show inspirational and motivational moments of how we can push ourselves beyond what we normally believe is possible. Please watch them not with a critical eye but as a fan to first see and admire the performance. Then watch it a second time to notice any differences between yourself and those in the video. Keep an eye out for successful patterns or routines that the performer uses to manage and stay in the moment.
